Booking and pick-up
You write to us on Telegram or WhatsApp, or call. We choose the model with you and agree a time. Pick-up, including signing the contract, takes up to 30 minutes.
Prices and payment
You pay in advance for the period you choose. For the three and six month contracts you pay the first month and the deposit at pick-up, then every month in advance. We do not charge for the days you actually rode. Current rates are on the prices page.
- Bank transfer or BLIK.
- One-day rental: 50 zł, minimum 3 hours.
Deposit
The deposit is security for the bike, not a payment. After you return the bike you get all of it back within 7 days, by the same method you paid it.
- Normal contract: 200 zł.
- Three to six month contract: 400 zł.
Returning the bike early
You can return the bike at any time. You get the full deposit back. We do not refund the period you already paid for.
What the price includes
Bike with a battery, charger, lock, phone holder, lights, brake service, battery replacement if it fails, and a spare bike while yours is repaired. The full list is on the home page.
Faults and service
If the bike breaks, write to us. You get a spare bike while yours is repaired, and brake service and battery replacement after a fault are included.
Theft and damage
You pay the full value of a stolen bike, as written in the rental contract. Every bike has a GPS tracker. The lock from the set is mandatory every time you leave the bike unattended.
How you may use the bike
- The bike is limited to 25 km/h and has no throttle.
- Every bike has an EU certificate of conformity. We show you the documents at pick-up.
- Do not leave the battery or the charger in the rain, and do not charge a wet connector.
- The bike is made for city riding, following road traffic rules.
Complaints
Send complaints to kontakt@aurabike.pl, on Telegram or on WhatsApp. What each side is responsible for is set out in the rental contract you sign at pick-up.
