How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
It is 200 zł with a normal contract and 400 zł with a three to six month contract. You can pay by card or in cash. After you return the bike you get the full deposit back within 7 days.
How can I pay for the rental?
By bank transfer or BLIK to our number. You pay in advance for the period you choose. We do not charge for the days you actually rode.
What if the bike breaks?
Write to us and you get a spare bike while yours is repaired. Brake service and battery replacement after a fault are included. You pay nothing extra.
Can I ride in the rain?
Yes. These bikes are made for daily work in the city. Do not leave the battery or the charger in the rain, and do not charge a wet connector. Everything else is normal riding.
How long does the battery really last?
It depends on the model, the battery setup and the season. The numbers next to each model are the lower winter numbers. In cold weather a battery holds less, and we do not want to promise you the best summer figure.
Do the police stop couriers on electric bikes?
Checks do happen. Our bikes are limited to 25 km/h, they have no throttle, and they have an EU certificate of conformity. We show you the documents when you take the bike, and you can ask for them at any rental company.
Can I end the rental early?
You can return the bike whenever you want, and you get the full deposit back within 7 days. We do not refund the period you already paid for. So if you are not sure how long you will ride, take a shorter period and extend it.
How long does it take to get the bike?
From your first message to riding away is usually about one hour. If you are already at our place, 30 minutes at most, including signing the contract.
What do I need to rent a bike?
You need to be 18 or older, a passport, a PESEL number and a flat rental contract. We sign the bike rental contract on the spot when you pick the bike up.
What if the bike is stolen?
You pay the full value of a stolen bike. The amount is written in the contract you sign when you take the bike. This is why every bike has a GPS tracker, why we say this openly, and why you must use the lock every time you leave the bike.
Can I get a second charger?
Yes, if you want one, at no extra cost. It is useful when you keep one at home and one where you take your break.
