What we do on the spot
- Check your documents — you know straight away if you have everything.
- Pick an app for your hours and your area.
- Go through the contract with the settlement company we work with.
- Open your app account on your phone and take you through verification.
- If you have nothing to ride, pick an electric bike for your shifts.
- After registration we are still here: we sort out account problems together with you.
What to bring
Missing something from the list — come anyway or message us. We will tell you what can be sorted right away and what needs to happen first.
- Passport or ID card.
- A document giving you the right to stay and work, if you are not an EU citizen.
- Your PESEL number, if you have one.
- A phone with mobile data and space for the app.
- Your bank account number — for payouts.
When there are most orders
Usually at lunch, in the evening and at weekends, most densely in the centre and the residential districts around it.
In rain and in winter there are more orders and fewer couriers. Those who ride all year earn more steadily than those who only ride in summer.

Common questions
How much does registration cost?
Nothing. Registration and our help are free, and your first payout is commission-free.
Do I need an appointment?
No, but message us first — we will check that someone is there and tell you what to bring in your situation.
Can I rent a bike right away?
Yes, if you have the documents needed for the rental contract. On the spot, handing over the bike takes up to 30 minutes.
Should I send document scans through the form?
No. We do not collect scans or document numbers through the website. You show them in person.
