We check the bike with a multimeter, not by eye. Before we replace a part, we know it is the culprit.

After the repair we test the bike under load and hand it back with a note of what was done.
Renting a bike from us?
Then service is included in the rent, and you get a replacement bike while yours is repaired. This page is for bikes that are not from our fleet.

It depends on the fault. We give the price after diagnosis and always before the repair.
Do you repair bikes bought online?
Yes, including models from foreign online shops. If parts for your model are hard to get, we tell you straight away.
How long does a repair take?
Simple faults are often fixed the same day. If a part has to be ordered, the time depends on delivery — we tell you with the quote.
